My name is Stacy Moss and I'm a licensed Texas architect who is passionate about helping people create a home they love. I've lived all around Texas and have recently landed back in Austin after 16 years in Houston.

My design process for renovation projects-
After an initial (complimentary!) brainstorming session and site visit, I will generate a current floor plan. With this background, a schematic layout and exterior elevations will be created, taking into account site and/or existing house constraints. Once this looser schematic design is approved, the work of firming up the design in CAD takes place. Once this development phase is approved, work continues until a final construction document set is completed. I will coordinate with your builder (or help you find the right match) to get budget pricing along the way; from an early schematic feasibility study to your final construction set.
Every project is different, so design fees will vary. I break my fees into phases, typically dependent on the square footage of the project. I'm happy to give you a design estimate after our initial meeting. Let's design something together!
